1. The Service
SpinLimiter provides a social fantasy golf experience for entertainment and skill-based competition. The Service does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, or prizes of monetary value. Any points, ranks or virtual rewards have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We may refuse or close accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless you have taken reasonable steps to secure it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; harass, abuse or harm other users; attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts; interfere with or disrupt the Service; use automated scripts, bots or scrapers without our prior written consent; impersonate any person or entity; or circumvent technical limits or security measures. 6. User content
If you submit feedback, suggestions or other content to us, you grant SpinLimiter a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Third-party links and data
The Service may reference or display information relating to professional golf tournaments, players or third-party sites. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for third-party websites or services. Use of third-party resources is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Statistical or scoring information may contain errors or delays; we may correct obvious mistakes where reasonable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpinLimiter and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or (b) fifty pounds sterling (£50), except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence).

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will indicate the “Last updated” date for material changes to the Terms where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account with or without notice where we reasonably believe it is necessary for legal, security or operational reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer in your country of residence.
